Terms & Conditions – Arc Management

Welcome to Arc Management. By signing up, applying, or collaborating with our agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering into any agreement with us.

1. General Information

Arc Management (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates as a DJ management and booking agency connecting DJs (“the Artist”) with venues, events, and clients (“the Client”).
These terms apply to all activities, collaborations, and services provided by Arc Management.

2. Representation & Bookings

  • Arc Management acts as an intermediary between DJs and Clients.

  • All bookings arranged through the agency must be confirmed in writing (via email, message, or signed agreement).

  • The DJ is not allowed to bypass the agency for direct bookings with a Client initially introduced by Arc Management.

  • The agency reserves the right to approve or decline any booking offer.

3. Fees & Commission

  • Arc Management applies a variable management fee, typically ranging between 10–25%, depending on the artist’s experience, profile, and agreement terms.

  • Payment from the Client is due before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed.

  • The DJ will receive payment after deduction of the agency fee.

  • Late payments from Clients are not the responsibility of the agency but will be pursued accordingly.

4. Responsibilities of the DJ

  • The DJ must arrive on time, perform professionally, and represent Arc Management positively.

  • The DJ is responsible for their own equipment and technical setup, unless otherwise agreed. Equipment and setup support may vary depending on the DJ’s tier level (Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3).

  • In case of cancellation, illness, or inability to perform, the DJ must notify the agency immediately, and no later than 3-4 hours before the scheduled performance.

  • The DJ must not engage in any illegal activity or behavior that could damage the reputation of Arc Management.

5. Responsibilities of Arc Management

  • The agency will actively seek and manage opportunities for its DJs.

  • Arc Management will promote, negotiate, and facilitate bookings in good faith.

  • We do not guarantee a minimum number of bookings or a fixed income.

  • Arc Management is not liable for damages, losses, or cancellations caused by Clients or external factors.

6. Content & Promotion

  • By joining Arc Management, DJs grant permission for their name, image, and performance material to be used for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials.

  • DJs retain full ownership of their music and artistic identity.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the collaboration with a 7-day written notice.

  • All pending payments and confirmed bookings before termination remain valid and must be honored.

8. Liability

  • Arc Management is not responsible for injury, loss, or damages during events or performances.

  • DJs and Clients are individually responsible for their safety, equipment, and compliance with venue rules.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark (or change to your country if needed).
Any disputes shall be handled by the Danish courts.
